1. General Information

The following conditions apply to all legal transactions (purchase or supply contracts) which are entered between Music-Head.de (Mehenk Wild Wirtz GbR, Donatusstr. 117a, 50259 Pulheim, Germany) and customers.
Deviating agreements (telephone or verbal agreements) are obligatory only if they are acknowledged by us in writing, using our written order confirmation, at the latest however, upon delivery.

2. Guarantee And Limitation Of Liability

If you receive any damaged goods, you must notify us within 10 days of receipt.
At this point, we will either replace the damaged good or give you a refund.

3. Minimum Purchase-Amount

We only deliver orders starting at a minum purchase-amount of 20,- EUR.
In case an order-value is less than 20,- EUR, this order will be reserved for two weeks. You can add futher orders to this pending order any time you want to reach the minimum purchase-amount.
To do so, please log-in on your customer-account, when you visit us again.

4. Prices And Terms Of Payment

All designated prices at music-head.de include 19% German Sales Tax (VAT).
Orders made from countries outside of the European Union are not subject to German sales taxes. Please note that payments for international orders (outside of Germany) can only be made by credit card (Mastercard/Visa).
The buyer also has an option to prepay for their order by direct electronic transfer to our bank account (to make this arrangement please contact our customer support representative.)

5. Retention Of Title

All goods supplied by us remain our property until the payment is made by the customer.

6. Shipping Charges and General Shipping Information

Our shipping charges and general shipping information are shown during the checkout-process of your order.

7. Obligation Of Delivery

In the event that the seller is not supplied correctly and/or in time, the seller has no delivery obligation.

8. Data Security

The buyer agrees to the storage, processing and use of personal data by seller to the necessary extent.
Basically, we are not going to forward any of the buyer's information to any third party.

9. Area Of Jurisdiction

The area of legal jurisdiction is Bergheim, Germany.
